These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Experts Tutors website and services, including placing orders for articles, blog posts, website design, and other content or design work. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Experts Tutors connects clients with vetted writers and designers to produce custom content and design deliverables — including but not limited to articles, blog posts, website design, case studies, web copy, and presentations — based on the instructions and materials you provide when placing an order.
Full or partial payment is required to begin or release work, as specified at checkout. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change for future orders.
We offer complimentary revisions within a reasonable period after delivery, provided revision requests stay within the scope of the original instructions. Requests that materially change the original brief (new topic, different format, expanded scope, etc.) may be treated as a new order.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order's stage of completion at the time of the request. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust an order — we will review each request individually and respond in good faith.
Once an order is paid in full and delivered, ownership and rights to the final deliverable transfer to the client, except for any pre-existing materials, templates, or third-party assets clearly identified as such. Work products are custom-created for each client and are not knowingly resold as-is to other clients.
Individuals joining our platform as professionals, editors, or bidders agree to represent their skills and availability accurately, to communicate professionally, and to follow the assignment, submission, and payout processes described within their dashboard.
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent orders or payments, to harass any user or team member, or to attempt to circumvent our platform's order, payment, or communication systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Experts Tutors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
